WordPress is the content management system that your website was built on. WordPress rolls out updates a few times a year that fix bugs and add new features. Keeping your website’s WordPress version up to date is critical for security and making sure plugins still work with your website.

Plugin Updates

Think of plugins like the apps on your phone, but for your website. Plugins are different tools that we use to bring the website together. For example, if there’s a contact form on your website, there’s a plugin installed for that purpose. As WordPress changes and evolves, these plugins update to stay fresh and secure. Keeping these plugins up to date is vital to the functionality and security of your website.

Support Time

Is there something you would like to change on your site but just don’t have the time to get to it? Support time is time I put aside specifically for you and your website. If you have any small updates you would like made, just send them over and I can make it happen.

Detailed Monthly Report

You will get a monthly PDF report detailing different metrics that I’m tracking on your website. This includes analytics details (how many visitors you’ve had to the site), security issues, performance issues, and updates that were made. I want you to see what you’re paying for, this report will help you clearly see the results and impact your website has on your users.

SEO Support

I will take a look at your current SEO strategy and see if any changes can be made to get more traffic flowing to your website. I will also help with optimizing new posts, pages or images on the site so you might perform better with Google.

Performance Optimization

By running a monthly performance evaluation, I can check to make sure that your website is running quickly and efficiently. If there are any issues with site speed changing significantly, as a result of increased traffic or a change in the website, I will be notified and can take the appropriate action.

Uptime and Security Monitoring

The whole purpose of these plans is preventative care, so I hope to prevent any hacks or downtime from happening. However, if your website does need to get rolled into the ER, I will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting on your behalf. I cannot promise your website will not be hacked or go down but can promise I will do everything in my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups. By blocking IP addresses of users who try and hack into your site, and receiving notifications in case your site goes down, I will be on the front lines in protecting your site from being compromised by hackers.
